Dear Sir, Despite submitting address and Identity Proofs the company added my name as NISHANT KANT where as my ID supports NISHIKANT. They call 4-5 times a day when it comes recharge our account by our side but never hear their customers. I requested several times for the change in name but they say that this is not possible. Why is it not possible to correct a mistake. Mistake should not be done if impossible to correct.
