I had ordered for a pen drive with model no. HP V-250 W 16GB Pen Drive (Steel) but, you i recieved HP v 165 w for 16 GB which is of lesser value.. When I reported a complain… They inturn ask me to send the wrong pen drive to their address, where I have clearly stated that I don’t intend to send the wrong pendrive which I received via courier as I do not trust the courier services for delivering electronic items, as they so not give guarantee if the same is delivered at the destination and the other reason I did not want to send them via courier, it’s because it will incur further cost to me however the pendrive which I ordered for is costing more than the market rate and the final reason is that I totally lost trust over Svaiza.com as I have sent more than 7 e-mails to send the actual pen drive which I have ordered for and get the wrong one from me in exchange, as it is the company’s mistake in sending the wrong pen drive… But there are no satisfactory reverts to my emails and I tried calling the customer care no. More than a dozen times, mostly the same does not get connected to the Cust. Care executive… Or luck by chance if it gets connected in mid of the call it gets disconnected… I don’t know how to reach them and get this sorted… Please help me get the correct pendrive which I ordered/ my money refunded atleast… With some more addl. cost which I incurred on phone calls on emails… Am really fed up of this company .. And wonder how they operate out to others… This ill-managed company must be shut before it causes difficulty / cheat other customers like me…
