I have ordered Karboon A 15 – Black on 23rd March 2013 with extended warranty of one Year. i had received Karboon A 15 – White on 28 March 2013 i had launch complain for the same issue via Complain no : MSC010014247 – 28/03/203 ( Regarding wrong Color Mobile Dispatch) as per CCE they will call me and revert back in 48 HRS he did not do that i have recall then on 30/03/2013 for the same concern the re-write complain : MSC010014376 – 30/03/2013 (CCE-RUSHABH) I had also send them mail in writing on 29/03/2013 but then did not reply for the same. i had recall them for the same concern on 3rd April 2013 CCE told me your Black Karboon A15 Already Dispatch and you will receive it on 05/03/2013 in evening and we will also give you Rs.300/- back as this mistake was occurred from our side. Today they called me for the same and saying that your Black Karboon A15 was not dispatch and Rs.300/- will refund to you for using Karboon A15 white which i had refuse…
I had Paid Via Credit card on 23/03/2013 and i just require Kaboon A15 – Black if they are not able to provide us and wish that i will use the same Karboon A15 – White then my T&C is I require 60% Discount on Amount of Mobile and if they want to provide me the Refund then i want Rs.2500 Extra with Mobile and Extended Warranty Amount.
