wrong item delivered and improper response

I Purchased one Panasonic viera 42Inch LED TV online through sanpdeal.com on 03/09/2014, but they delivered a small box of size of a keyboard on 09/09/2014. I refused to take the consignment from courier service and I launched a complaint to Snapdeal, complaint no is 9165426, on 10/09/2014, till today 12/09/2014, I received many calls from customer care sanpdeal, but no buddy providing me proper solution of my problem. Now I want refund of my money but they are not in the state to confirm me how much time they will take to give me my money back.

Please suggest me
