Wrong Item

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Manoj Kumar Sharma, I bought neotex slim shaper belt on 27.5.16, Amount Rs. 179/- but they had sent wrong item, i had raised claim,they had closed the claim without talking me. Than i had reopened the claim and claim has approved on 11th June 2016.but not refunded the amount yet. I have so many times contact to claim team but they are not solving the matter. my Claim ID:2040748 PaisaPay ID:42697858304 Item number:252394331891.
Please look into the matter and solve the issue.
