I am a reliance GSM consumer from delhi. There is a prepaid recharge pack of 199 on their online recharge website (http://myservices.relianceada.com/ImplWLSStoreOnlineRechargeAction.do) with the total talk value of 199 and Additional Benefits with the pack are 500 MB 3G data & all Local/STD calls 40p/min. I am using this pack since a long time and every time all benefits were provided me.
But, when I made the same recharge again online for my no. 9555532644 on 23rd Dec 2014, the telecom operator only provided me talk value of 199. When i talked twice to customer executives on customer care no. 198, they did not responded properly and informed that the additional benefit of 40p/min for all local/STD has been removed. I requested executives that all benefits are still on their online recharge web page with a recharge of 199 and if the benefits has been change then where I am supposed to get the information. But, the reliance customer executives are not taking my complaint and not accepting the fact about the information which is still available on their web page http://myservices.relianceada.com/ImplWLSStoreOnlineRechargeAction.do.
