Wrong information provided by the customer care

I called the customer service centre for the appropriate internet pack available for my mobile(Clearly mentioned my handset details “Blackberry 9800”) and connection(Airtel prepaid)on 19-08-2011 at 07:30 pm ,as per their guidance a 3G service pack is available. I recharged for Rs 252/- to obtain their 3g service and internet usage of 1Gb for a month on 20-08-2011.Still i could not access the internet then i called the customer care again ,now they saying that the pack is not available for the handset i am using and my call been transferred to higher officials and had waited since it is charging now i lost about Rs 100 for this same complaint taking to the service executives they keeps on changing and transferring the calls.They are now saying that i had recharged so the amount cant be reclaimed and i have to recharge again to avail internet pack which is suitable for my handset.Due to wrong information provided by the customer care executive i have lost Rs 352 /-(recharge for internet pack-Rs 252/- and calls to customer care regarding this complaint lost Rs 100/-).Finally i contacted the nearby Airtel customer relation centre but i could not get a proper solution ,they saying that its recharged so u could not get it refunded.can provide u more details if needed.
