Dear Sir/ Ma’am
I recharged my cellphone by checking the tariff plans from Airtel Website.
But, When i contacted Airtel costumer Care they told some other information regarding the same recharge plan.
I recharged my cell phone with INR 25, acc. to website recharge of INR 25 give 200MB internet for 30 days, but when i called at Costumer Care they told that it is valid for only 7 days.
So, the website contains wrong information which misleaded me.
