I have reachrged online from tata docomo web site of RS 99 on 25-JUL-2013 around 1400 and at 15:38 I received following Massage from docomo
“Sorry we were unable to process your recharge request. We will refund the amt to your account in 5 working days. Your payment reference number is MCIT3056957977”
Then I recharged the same plan in evening at around 18:00 from the retail shop.
After 5 days when i have not received the refund amt in my account i have called the customer support of tata docomo.
They are telling that the 1st recharge which was made online is successful and you will not get the amt back.
I have talked with them 5 times every time the are covenced but still i have not received the amt back to my account.
As i have not received any confirmation massage rather i have received the above mentioned massage, the amt 99 should be refunded in my account.
