i am dr. shiv pawar. i am cstomer of vodafone india 9301217774.
i want to port my no. from vodafone to other but vodafone retension regarding offer on 18/01/2014. they gave me offer for call rate 1paisa/2sec. and extra talktime on 225 & 300. On 225- 250 & on 300-350. I had confirm to cust. care on 19/01/2014 regarding this offer. But when i recharged of 300 i got only 330 rs.
And when i contact to customer care again after recharge they told me that they have no information regardind offer.
kindly take action on this matter and pls help me.
