I have completed PGEE cource by National Institute of Engineering (NIE) New Delhi. This Institute is not approved by UGC or AIETC. before admission institute has given wrong information to me.I have paid RS 20000. for course. the receipt of rs 8000. has not given me sofar. hence, please help me.
