WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Name of company/service: MTS, Uttar Pradesh (W) Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited 121 Mangal Pandey Nagar, Opposite Central Excise Office, Near CCS University, Meerut – 25005

MTS CCE given me wrong information for recharge on 06th june 2012, afterthat i called them 5-6 time, every time they given me assurance but no action had been taken till date.
