Wrong Information from Vodafone customar care for post paid connection

Location/place: Howrah

Hello Sir,
My name is Utsab Roy, My Vodafone No is 9339226230. I am very disappointed with your service,
Because on this time and date (Date: Wed, Aug 8, 2012 at 7:17 PM) i send you a mail for request to change my postpaid connection to prepaid connection. For this request i got a call from Head office DLF, vodafone customer care. He told me about new postpaid offer.

The offer Details is below:
Rental: 149
Vodafone to vodafone and Vodafone to others: Total 500 min free
After 500 min my Local call Charge will be: 00.30 Paisa per min AND
STD call Charge will be: 00.50 Paisa per min.

But now my Activated Offer is Below:
Rental: 149
Vodafone to Vodafone: 200 min
Vodafone to Others: 100 min

So please tell me what is this, For products sale they giving wrong information. I think for product sale they can do anything. They give us wrong information.
