wrong information for ecs deactivation and amt. withdrawal

I had a policy with HDFC life pol. No. 17350109 for the said policy I have contacted HDFC LIFE customer service to terminate my ECS account on 14th Jan 2016(ref. No.1401163886313), your team informed me to send an Email [email protected] and the same forwarded on 15th Jan. Even till date I have not received policy documents as a reason address incomplete but I recd. all other Hdfc documents on same address. Without policy documents I am unable to understand terms and conditions.

I received an email on 20th Jan stating that if the ECS services needs to be terminated then the request need to be given 15 days prior notice and amount debited from my credit card.

While taking the ECS services i was assured that it would be deactivated within 2 days, hence i applied for this before 5 days. I don’t wanted to continue this services hence i applied for ECS deactivation, but unfortunately my policy amount has bee deducted.

Please help how to handle this case
