On 11 Aug. 2012 i had talked to customer care of airtel for information to extent the validity of my mobile (09975709800). They told me to recharge with Rs.441(141 talk time and 300 days validity).But when i recharegeed my mobile i got about Rs 390 talktime and NO validity.
again i talked with customer care (Mr. sanjay ,pune office), He told me that you got wrong information and we are sorry for that.
Due to this my number is not working from 00:00 from 12 aug.and also i have lost Rs 441 without any reason.
