wrong information

Name of company/service: Reliance gsm

Yesterday I called reliance customer care no *333 to know about a special tariff of 148, from that I could know I will get 1500 minutes talk time.. When I recharged that amount I got only 500 minutes talk time.. When I asked about it they told plan have changed since 18 december.. As I got wrong information from their voice service so they cheated me.. If that plan has changed then they should changed that in their voice service also.. When I am telling about that they are not listening to me
