Dear All,

About 1 month ago on June i took a personal loan from bajajfinservlending company. On their first call their customer support said that the emi process will start after 2 month from the sanction the loan date so as per their commitment the emi will start from the month of September but some company person called me and said that the my first emi will start from the August. When i made a call and complain regarding this suitation to their senior they said that i have to pay the amount. I just said him that the your should follow your commitment. they said that they will help me but after that so many times i called him but i havent get any response from their side. I have no problem regarding the emi but i have problem that because of this behave of the company i faced some personal problem and have some financial also because of their commitment i plan my all balance sheet and because of this i m facing the problem. please do something.
