wrong information

Location/place: greater noida,up

Name of company/service: reliance

they give wrong information regarding to the tarrif plan of rupees 299.they told me at 6pm on 9/04/2013 that on e-recharge of rupees 299 we will get unlimited reliance to reliance local talk but after the e-recharge on the no 8287477085 we got only 3000 minutes.After that we call to the reliance customer care but they are not giving satisfactory answers.now they are refusing from their statements.i need help….my contact no is 7428951285.
