I,SUDHIR KUMAR TYAGI, HHAVE SUFFERED FROM WRONG INFORMATION BY THE STAFF OF BAG IT TODAY,mr.vivk and ms.neha sharma ,sales department. (www.bagittoday.com) they assured me that on buying 3 holiday packages i would get a dell 15r laptop and a blackberry 8520 mobile.But now when i enquired in their dispatch department they say, “we don’t have such a scheme with us.” and the mobile number they had provided me with is not been received by them(Vivek and Neha). they have already deducted Rs.17994 dated 18/7/2012 from my credit card.Please suggest us that what shall we do now. Please help.
