Wrong info by institute

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: FOSTIIMA Business School

This is regarding admission in MBA from FOSTIIMA Business School (75-76, Amrit Nagar, South Extension Part-1, New Delhi-110003). At that time of admission they told me this institute is AICTE approved I have also checked its approved in the list of approved institutes but later This institute UNAPPROVED by AICTE. I have complaint to FOSTIIMA about the same and asked for quit from the course and return the Fee to me, But they are not agree to given back my fee.
