I have submitted Micromax Canvas Elanaza 2 (Model no. A121) handset as it got serious issues with the charging point. It was submitted to the Dadar (west) service center. From there the handset was sent to the Micromax Head office in Delhi. The issue was not resolved and thus I was promised to give a replacement. To my disappountment, I have been given a wrong handet which is Micromax Canvas (Model no. A 120). The replaced handset was collected b my mother Mrs. Sunanda Kadam. She is not tech savvy and thus she collected the handset given to her thinking that the service given by you is amazing.
Its was my sister who realized that the handset is not the one which I have submitted. Today, (5th May 2015), I have re-submitted the handset to the service center. I want a replacement with the same mobile which I have submitted to the company i.e. Micromax Canvas Elanaza 2 (Model no. A121). The one which you have given is simply pathetic. It doesn’t match with the one I submitted. I am really annoyed and disappointed with your service.
I have paid for Micromax Canvas Elanaza 2 (Model no. A121) then why should I settle for less? Is this how you make fool out of people? I have read that you have beaten Samsung mobile in the smart phone market. But the kind of service you are giving to the customers, I personally think that you people don’t serve this success. I have paid Rs. 9500 to get Micromax Canvas Elanaza 2 (Model no. A121). This cash was hard earned money and it was the first smart phone I bought. But you disappoint me highly.
All I want to say is, I want you to give me proper replacement for the mobile I have submitted to the service center. I would never ever settle for Micromax canvas (model no. 120). Why should I settle with that phone which doesnt matches at all with my mobile? Put yourself in my shoes and think about it. I am really pissed off with the service I received from your end. And this process had taken 35 days and what I get after 35 days? A wrong handset…..
after all this mess you have created, I still hope that I would get back another Micromax Canvas Elanaza 2 (Model no. A121) as a replacement. Because I bought it with my hard earned money and it shouldn’t go in vain. I have posted the same complaint on your facebook page but you people didnt show any interest in getting back to me regarding the same. I have sent you a mail also and also submit a query by visiting your company page, but again you are least bothered about it.
