in my mobile no. i activated Rs. 39/- sms pack which i want to deactivate… and for that i sms deact pack39 to 53739 as per company guidance…. than after i received a sms that this process is not configured…. and i also lodge a complain for that in custmercare…. complain no.183048757…on dated 12 July 2012
then after they also debit Rs. 39 from my mobile balnce on dated 13 july 2012 regarding renewal of sms pack….. and then after my complain processed….
means they debit my balnace 39/- and also deactivate the sms pack….
i want my money back… that why i lodge a complain.. against the unfruitful misguidence of company memebers.. i have a proof what company sent in sms regarding to deactivate the service…
