I have installed Tata Sky (DTH) in my home.
I had balance amt. of Rs. 38/- in my tata sky account on 11/9/12.
Suddenly tata sky management started active music pack (Rs.30/- monthly) without my permission and deducted amount on per day basis from my tata sky account. Right now i have Rs. 13/- only.
I checked my online a/c. on 27/11/12 then i got know about tata sky’s 420 work. I surprised and on 27/11/12 call to tata sky customer care no. 011-60006633.
They apologize for that and gave me request no. 1-17624211454 dt. 27/11/12 with surety to re-deposit deducted amt. Rs. 25/- in my tata sky a/c. within 48 hours but after 4 days they never gave me deducted amt. I several time call to customer care but they never give me response.
This is not a Rs.25/- issue cause i have spent more than Rs.25/- on telephonic conversation with tata sky but matter is without knowledge how can they do like this if i never checked my online a/c. then I never got to know about this. It means who can not check their a/c. because of knowledge of internet they can feel cheating when their a/c. will be Rs.0/-
