I had ordered a Karbonn A3 from amazon.in. Per the phone specification, the screen size of this phone is 4 inches (as mentioned on the website). I also have details of my order which says that the screen size of the phone is 4 inches. HOwever, the phone delivered to me is of 3.5 inches. I am hoping to get this item returned and recieve full refund of my money. When i contacted customer care of this site, they said that they will pick up the item and investigate the issue and the money will be returned to me after 2-3 weeks. This is ridiculous since I have made a cash on delivery and called up the customr care within 2hrs of recieving the product.PLease help.
