I had ordered a pair of shoes, roxxii classic men casual brown shoes, from shopclues. com having the order number 22456665 and transaction id. 69183007272. But what I received totally differed from the style and color and quality as well. I have filed an online complaint on the shopclues website on 15/10/2014 but they did not respond till now. I again registered the complaint on 18/10/2014 and waiting for their satisfactory response. i have shown my desire for the replacement of the shoes.
