this is regarding order number YBH3564887 on the website done on 4th of May. I ordered a bikini V34905. When i received my order they have sent only the top and the bottom was missing. On your website you have mentioned that top and bottom both are inclusive in the price. I called your service center. They said they will log a complaint and get back to me within 48 hrs. Post 48 hrs i called again and they asked for 48 hrs more. After the second 48 hrs they said they will arrange for a pick up of this article as they do not have a bottom in stock. My question is why was this shipped out in the first place if the bottom was not in stock??
The courier service called me and said they will come to pick up the article now. I informed them that i am not at home and they can collect it in the evening or next day morning. The courier guy agreed. I didn’t hear from the courier guy again. After 4 days i called yebhi again and they said they will have to raise a request again with the courier company. Why did the courier guy agree to pick it up the next day?? And shouldn’t they try atleast twice before closing the case?? Shouldn’t someone from your team inform me that a new request has to be logged?? They asked for 48 hrs. Post48 hrs I called again and now they are asking for 48 hrs more.
The courier guy came today but refused to take the package as no details mentioned. On my first call the rep did not inform me that I need to mention my order number and other details on the package. I had told the rep that I do not have the original packing. He informed me that all I need to do was put it in another package mention the details in a note and hand over the package to the delivery guy. Should I be told what procedure needs to be followed???? Now I again have to wait for 5-6 days as per the policy
More over the supervisor was talking to me as if it is my fault that i wasn’t available for the courier pick up. 2nd supervisor blatantly said that I am lying and the person must have given you the information,
20 days later is still haven’t received what i paid for. Customer service people do not help. I am looking for some sort of compensation for all the trouble I had to go through.
