Wrong deductions from my main balance without informing

Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that my airtel mobile no is 7894155806. and i am using it since 1 year. On date 21/07/2014 time: 10:40am i have activated internet 2g data pack (Rs. 25/ for 125mb & five days). On 22/07/2014 time: 20″53 pm received an sms from 121 that “You have consumed 100% of Internet pack benefit. Now internet usage will be charged from main account. ” But when i checked my balance there is a deduction of around Rs. 365/- from my main balance. I called the customer care center and they told that after consumption of 125 mb the extra money from main balance also cut towards internet usage. As per the customer care center they told that on 22/07/2014 time: 11:40am i had consumed all the free internet balance. So with out informing at that time, the 100% consumption came late in evening, by that time Rs. 365/- is already deducted.

Now I am very angry with this kind of cheating and i want my money back as soon as possible. else i will register complaint legally to get it back.
