wrong deduction of my vodafone account balence.

I have surfing net, although having my data pack,after surfing i see vodafone deduct Rs49 from my account balance.Aftetar asking customer care executive ,they say i purchace ndtv valu pack link.Though i have never purchace such link. I request to consumer forum to take proper action against vodafone by which i will get fraudly deducted amount.
