sir,i have an saving account in punjab national bank its account number-3127000108392116 and on the name of-shivram rawat & mehendra singh rawat in shivpuri branch and i have a debit card and my account has been credited of rs11130 on 2/7/2013 and bank has deducted my whole amount so, i have called and inform the customer care but they are not registering my complaint as i have talked to mr.sourabh on customer care he said that i have withdrawl 5000 and done shopping of 8195 on 15/6/2013 but i was having only 17 rupees on that date so how can i do this as my account is saving account and i have a debit card which withdrawl the only amount which is in my account not more than that as bank has done wrong entries in my account and deducted my balance which has been credited so,it is fault of bank and they are not registering my complaint so plzz sir i request you to help me and take a action through bank and give my money back.
