on 5th aug 2012, the sum of amount rs.50 is deducted from my airtel mobile main balance at around 7:30 am..
i called cust. care to get detail about the deduction, they told me amount deducted due to the use of internet on my phone. as noted i already having an internet pack of rs 98 and sms pack of rs. 65 recharged on my sim.
due to which i lodged a complaint , complaint no. is (CBDCC30805031303), airtel get back to me against this complaint saying that charges is been deducted due to the MMS what i have done on that morning. As i said i havent done any MMS..regarding that cust service representative give me their NODAL OFFICER’S no.. i called on it, they replied no MMS has been done its the SMS whose charges has been deducted.. now against 10 SMS how come 50 rs has been charged..as there is no extra charges for that day been charged coz its friendship day..and they were denying against my complaint.
