Respected sir, I am staying at naval base, Karwar. I am using Airtel prepaid connection 9880017397. Generally I am recharging my no with 3g plan and using the same for net browsing on my mobile as 2g service very slow in this area.
On 21 Jun 13 in the evening I was surfing net on my mobile at 2100 hrs. As 3g network was not available so I used 2g network for the same. After half an hour when I dialled a no for making call a came to know my a/c balance is low. Which I had recharged 3 day back. When i speak to customer care about the reduction of 100 Rs, they told me that I had used I had used 2g network and my no is recharged with 3g plan.
So for using 2g network they had charged me which they had not informed before. Even the same day in the morning I had used 2g network for surfing but they did not charged.
Sir this is my humble request please look in my complaint and make a justice to me.
