Wrong Deduction of Currency from mobile account

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

Sir,
Myself Suresh Patchipala purchased a new sim card holding mobile no:9640587636 from Idea Cellular office kakinada on 17-04-13 and it got activated on 18-04-13 at 2130 hrs. Just after getting activated,I received two SMSs from IZ-ideaCMS that my account has been deducted Rs.20 and Rs.49 for downloading Hiphop Divas from Jumpgames and VIDEOS from XINLABS respectively , which I didn’t do at all. I have seen many of the Idea costumers lodging complaints in consumer forum with a similar problems. I tried to lodge a complaint with Idea but they didn’t do that . Instead they have given me Service request no: 1-33793811199. Total of Rs.69 had been deducted from account. Please help me out sir.
