Sir,there was an amount of Rs 18 deducted from main balance errnoeusly.on speaking to the customer care Mr Siddharth Soni he said that the money has been deducted against the international call,as per the system details.However,i hav called on the same number 3 hrs before the problem occurred ,evrything was normal that time.On repeated requests he gave me the number of the head office mumbai.the number was 18602002011.whn i spoke on this nmber i was helped by Miss Vidya…however she took 20 mins….which equals the amount i was fighting for…and in the end she says…that..that the problem is from my side and ia m responsible for it.I told that even i can provide u a scan copy of my call log which i hav on my cell,however they refused…its been 5 th time this is happening n i want to register a case against this….it is not possible to suffer all the time….would request you to please take some necessary action over it….my number..is 8690832152..
