wrong deduction for internet using still I have internet data and validity both are available. on 6th may 2013

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: New Delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Reliance India Mobile</p>wrong deduction and internet is not working

my mobile no. is 8882419340. I recharged my no. on 22 apr 2013 for internet
99 plan worth 1gb but I am unable to use internet for 6 may 2013 due to
tchnical issue from reliance comunication side again i recharged with 20 rs
even remain balance has been deducted without using any services. Now I
want to reverse my remain balance and duration of net pack to avail the
services.
I called to customer care many times bt there has always system and technical issue.
