I had recharged with rs. 4999 on my reliance cdma no. 919351541014 which gives unlimited data and calls for 6 months on 1st dec 2014. I had used internet on 19th feb 2015 and all my balance rs. 1064 reduced to rs. 0 though internet was free. I had made a complaint also with reliance on 20th feb with complaint no. 230302801 and they said that the balance will be refunded within 48 hours but no action has been taken till date. Please do the needful and refund the balance of rs. 1064 deducted wrongly at the earliest.
