Last month on 11/07/2013 i got sms from bsnl about deduction of rs 30/- against renewal of some service(i dont know which). When i called to customer care no. executive told me that this is your 3rd deduction(according to him firstly 5rs was deducted then 15 and 3rd time 30) and you had to call us after 1st deduction for refund, now refund cant be made. Then i told it means if a customer does not come to know on first deduction (as 1st time deduction amount was just 5 rs) then bsnl will not refund. Then he gave me complaint no G11HR305626 and said balance will be refunded within 5 days. After 5 days they told will refund till 25 july, on 25 july they told will refund on 31st july on 31 july said refund is not possible because i could not call after 1st deduction.
Now please let me know what to do against BSNL.
