Hi Sir, My name is Mehmood Sherani. On 15th Jan 2014 I recharged my phone no(9023419843) with an amount of Rs. 99, i.e the GPRS recharge which gives data value of 1gb.
When I started using gprs, it worked quite fine, but on the same day at about 2000hrs when I checked my Mobile balance I Found that about 80.00 Rs. has been deducted from my mobile. After that I checked my GPRS balance and I found that it was available completely. Then I tried to contact customer care continuesly regarding the said concern at 198, but it always comes busy, finally I contact them at 2200hrs to lodged a complaint in customer care about the above said problem, but after listening my problem that customer care representative asked to his fellow person about the solution and his fellow advised him that ” LISTEN HIS COMPLETE PROBLEM AND THEN REPLY HIM THAT WE HAVE SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEMS SO RIGHT NOW WE CAN NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND CALL AGAIN LATER.” He also said him that ” WE OFTEN DO THAT AND BE TENTION FREE.” But they were not aware of that I was listening there conversation completely because that guy forgot to put me on hold while talking to his fellow. After that I asked for his name to go to the consumer forum about that matter, but he didn’t told me the name and directly put me on hold.
The message which I received after the recharge is that ” Dear Customer, your recharge for MBBP99_2G is successful, you will be charge 99 for this service, the plan will be renewed on 05/02/2014 or 21 days from today. Thank you, Reliance”
Please help me as this is not for the first time, they have deducted my balance. I am suffering with that kind of problems from last 13 months and if the amount is calculated of that 13 months than it will be 1000 RS. I am completely fade up with that type of fraudulent behavior of Customer care service.
Waiting for the positive response.
Thank’s and Regards
