wrong Deduction.

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

I sunil Kamlakar parab . i am using your GSM Service from last one year Regularly. my mobile no is 8097587807. on 29.07.2013 i recharge minutes pack of Rs.49/-. yesterday my balance is 80min. & now my balance is nil . i unable to understand what is problem? . i trying your customer service no for last 4 hrs. i unable to connect. when i dialed customer care number from my another number it connect fastly. one solve my problem. what i do? customer service misguide me. This is not first time. so suggest what i do. same problem last month also. what i do?

i frustrated with your service from last 1 month. so suggest shall i use your service or not?
