wrong deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: kolkata&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: reliance</p>i subscribed for Facebook service of
reliance for Rs. 16 per month in Dec
2012 and got it deactivated in same
month but till now it get auto active
and when i ask customer care to
stop it they say “we are deactivating
this service but we Will not refund
the money as it was ur request to
activate it and no deactivation
request have been received by
us”….and give me assurance that as
per my request it Will not get
autoactive next month …..but the
same thing happen again and again
the whole process same to same but
no refund…….its auto renew date is
22 of every month……
total amount =16*5=80 less 2
refund 16*2=32 outstanding refund 48
