I am filling this complaint against wrong charges levied on my bills (MI_CAP_650_30d_R_PROMO_3G) of Rs 650 for 4 months from May 2014 to September 2014.
On the bill of may 2014 i saw this charges with the name of “MI_CAP_650_30d_R_PROMO_3G” i was shocked becouse i never asked for this service. So i called to customer care against this, they said that this is an auto cap service and it will not shown on the next bill. So i waited for next bill. but i again got that charge.
After that i called customer care so many times. but i was treated like a fool.
So i personally visited Vodafone store in Rajpur Road Dehradun.
where i was attended by Mr. Shashank 08954444432.
He said that he will get this issue resolved as soon as possible but still i am struggling.
There is no one to hear us.
It seems like that these people are trained for this.
first the add wrong charges to their user after 3 or 4 months they debit a nominal amount if the customer ask for waiver or repayment.
This is my humble request to kindly revert data charges (Rs 650) wrongly levied on me for 4 months with late payment and taxes that i had to pay for their fault.
From Last 3 months i am struggling to get my bill corrected.
I never asked to activate Rs 650 Plan. I dont understand Is it my fault to pay a wrongly activated plan.
Requesting you to kindly check my bill details and do the needful.
I am really fed up of talking to customer care executive and executives in their vodafone stores.
More over i am using Vodafone form more that 10 years. I have 2 postpaid numbers 9719111141 and 9720003441. and they are threatening us to pay that amount. is it my fault i mean why should i pay. This is just like a loot. They are applying monthly charges on their own.
