This is in regards with Matrix interantional connecton which i took on 12th may midnight at the international airport mumbai.I was told that i will be charged 199 Rs as rental.They blocked my CC with 5000 rs .Once i was out of india the connection did not work even for a single second.when i received my bill i was apalled to see that they have charged me 5 GBP per day for the number of days i travelled.(As per the form which imentioned as they didnt had any idea on the no.of days as the connection never worked).The total charge is 730.07 which is clearly not acceptable.Its a completely unprofessional organization.
