Wrong commitment for Plan

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: TATA Indicom

I was using the Tata Photon and Mobile services vide account No. 905208448 and Photon No. 9266668730 and Mobile No. 9212118074. On the time of purchasing this device i have asked to
the agent for activate the 1GB Unlimited Plan but he didn’t activate the unlimited plan, due to this i have received this bill for Rs.3276.41 against the photon connection only.

Regarding this i have sent several mails at [email protected] but the matter have not resolve till the time.

Sometimes the collection person calls me and accept the wrong commitment by their sales person and told for deposit a small amount but they are unable to send me the waiver letter first.

I request you to take it seriously and please help me. My outgoing calls and photon services already disconnected.
