My Name is Pooja Pareek, I have given 2 Orders for Rakhis from Online Portal Website www.indiafloristnetwork.com on 4th date of Aug 2014 for Vijaywada and Rajahmundry.i got a mail that they dispatched the same on 5th date. Again They Sent a mail that the rakhis got delivered on 9th Aug 2014 through professional courier. They also given Consighnment no CCU15811672, CCCU15811853. But when I checked the Consighnment no and Consighnment date online.i have seen that CCU15811672 dispatched on 8th aug. CCU15811853 was dispatched on 9th aug 2014. When i called the customer care no. They said that they dispatched the same on 5th date through professional. When i said thatti have seen the dispatched date given online was 8th aug. The customer care lady not even listen my words. She spoken very rudely with me and she cut the call in between. She not even listen for 2nd order.they cut the call in between. So i am Requesting you to dont give any online orders to www.indiafloristnetwork.com for your near and dear friends and relatives. It may dissappoint you. Because of them i was unable to send Rakhis to my brothers on Raksha Bandhan on 10th aug 2014. Today is 11th aug still my rakhi is not delivered on Consighnment no CCU15811853.through professional courrier.
