wrong commitment

Dear Sir/Mam

Few months ago I have purchased MBLAZE post paid connection from MTS store, Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi. My data card no. is 8459256643. It included a free canon printer also and they promised me to deliver my printer within a week. Now its more than one and half months and I did not get my printer.I have mailed them twice with the reference no.C12-47560322 and the confirmed me that they will resolve my problem within a week. But still I did not get any proper response from MTS. During this period I have visited the store more than 15 times.

So I want to put a complaint against MTS India.
