I am a Vodafone Postpaid Customer in Hyderabad using ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_299 which includes 3G data plan. Vodafone has charged me RS 128/- including in bill for downloading wapvilla_ppd, hello1_tvallsoth & d2c_mgossip_pack49 services, a stuff which I had never downloaded. I was billed Rs 128/- extra to the base plan for the two consecutive months i.e., November and December months bills.
When I called their Customer Forum for explanation, they had no proper explanation. My contact no. is +919966928855.
I request Vodafone to look at Root cause & refund the amount ASAP.
