Wrong Charges not reverted by Bank

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: SBI Credit cards

This is regarding the excess amount of Rs 6300, added to my credit card in the name of Dining Plus. We have had multiple mail confirmations from the SBI and based on their directions i have got the scheme reversal from the Dining Plus company as well for which they have sent us the written confirmation as well. Attached is the complate mail conversation with the bank along with the Dining Plus confirmation of the scheme reversal. We have also couriered back the kit to dining plus. Even after the vendor has agreed on the reversal SBI is not ready to take the amount off from my card bill and is multiplying it with interest and other finance charges to which i am not liable. 1st the bank asked us to get the reversal confirmation from the bank and now that we have got it they are saying its too late to reverse which is not at ll acceptable.Due to this i ‘am undergoing huge financial pressure as i do not want be considered a defaulter going forward. Moreover i have been paying my Card Bill minus the extra amount regularly every month. This is after months of conversation with the SBI Cards that I have no other option to come to Consumer Forum to get the issue resolved. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
Already with the banck surcharge the excess amount has gone upto around 15000Rs. Please help resolve the issue
