Wrong charges/not allowing to port

India is democracy country.

I have paid bill on 18/08/17 with extra amount, with wrong charges, bcz any how I have to port in Reliance jio. 8433702828

Customer care not an answering, false commitment.

From retention department, they promised me u will be waived from wrong charges.

Today I got an SMS from Reliance jio stating that Idea has rejected due to outstanding bills.

I have recording/messages.

This is the 2nd time, idea rejected.

I want quick action against Idea cellular company.
