Wrong Charges in Bill

Location/place: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

• From Feb 13 on my cell no. false charges are levied for International SMS & Net uses. Earlier Docomo giving waver for wrong charges each month but for this month billing they denied to give waver. In the mean time on my complain they disable all net connection service from my mobile & I got SMS for the same also but still there are net connection charges each month. About international SMS, mostly SMS send to my siblings ( wife & brothers) shown as international SMS by prefixing some international code. Please, help me out in resolving this issue.
