Wrong Charges

Hi,

I want to bring my problem to your Notice that. I do have three postpaid connections of Vodafone. Two of the connection are around four years old(9999612142 & 9953963858) & one connection (9999405541) was convert from pre-paid to corporate around three months back. On my Phone number 9999405541. They billed me for Rs 5000/- approx. for the first month. I check the bill details the charges of approx. 4700/- was for internet usage. Even on Internet the major charge of around Rs 4200/- is for one specific day. I was sure that I haven’t use Internet for that much long time on any given day. I call them many times to correct the charges or give me the details what all I use internet for. They did not provide any information to me they said this charges are valid you have to pay. After trying many times they said the charges are for 3G usage. As per my understanding 3G services you can get only once you request for it & I never request for the same. In corporate connection. They want Email from corporate mail I.D to activate or De-Activate any services & I am sure they will not be able to provide any Email where I ask for G services. They stop the services on my phone. I do not want to stretch it so I did maid a payment for that as they start harassing me by calling my mom, brother & friends about the bill. Then I did send them an email that IDONT WANT 3G SERVICES. On the same email I ask for a plan where I can get unlimited 2G internet. They gave me a few plan. I choose one of the plan where I suppose to get unlimited Internet on my phone. Next month again they bill me for Rs 6700/-. This time again I got majorly charge for Internet. Now again I call them & ask what is this charge for as I do have unlimited Internet plan. Now they said this time you get charge for Vodafone Live. I ask from is this is not a Internet services. They said this is a different service. I ask them why you did not tell them at the time when I ask for unlimited Internet they didn’t gave any satisfied answer Than in one of their Email I found that Vodafone live cannot be used on Windows or Android phone & that connection was getting used on Nokia Lumia that is a windows based phone. I send the same email to them. Still they said that you have to pay. I found myself cheated. I decided not to pay. I decided to escalate further but because of a busy schedule I was not able to escalate. They called me many times I explain them my situation. Then one of the agent found that charges are wrong. He said he will remove all the charges for Internet. I was ready to pay. But again he come up with a bill of Rs 2400/- I ask them why Rs 2400/- . He said this is a rental for the month I haven’t use my phone & along with that Taxes & Interest. I explain him. I am the one who faced inconvenience & you want me to pay for that. He said this is the least I can do. I deny to pay. Then they again start calling me, my brother, my mom, my friends. They were discussing my financial condition with everyone. Even though I gave them the number to call. Today they call my brother & said if you did not pay the bill these two numbers will get disconnect as well. They disconnect all my phone services. It’s been a long time I am using this phone number all my contacts are through this phone number. When they stop the services I was waiting for my Office cab I missed that cab as my phone was not reachable. They harass me by calling my family my friends. Discussing my financial details with them. I cought have lose my job as they stop my services. Now I want to take it further I want them to be penalize for their act.
I do have all the mails. That I stated in this email. If you want any proof.
