Subject Wrong Charges

Dear Sir,

I was using Axis NEO Credit Card vide Card No. 5305 6202 0137 6692 from 4 March 2016. I have bought mobile phone from flipkart thru online with the EMI option from Axis credit card. Total EMI payable to bank – 6 EMI @ 1950/- per month. So as per the amount of Total Bill Rs. 11698.00 inclusive of all taxes (copy attached & details shown below) but Bank has charged of Rs. 13444.00 + Late Payment charges of Rs. 1040 = the Total Amount of Rs. 14484.00. Bank has auto debited all the amount (Rs. 2786.22) from my Axis Bank account without my Permission. Bank has conducted fraudulent practice with customer.

Sir, the excess amount has been charged by Bank Rs. 2786.00 which should be revert to me. Even many times I have called to Axis customer care / nodal officer but issue is still pending. Details email already drop to Ms. Shikha Sharma (CEO), Nodal officer / customer care but no action in response to this matter has been taken by Bank & CEO office.

Axis Bank is a branded Bank in India. I am very much Surprised after this issue and his service to customers.

My humble request to Consumer officer please solve this matter as soon as possible so that excess amount will be revert to me.
